Counseling Services
Jinny Richards, MS, LAC works with Living Well Professional Counseling in their Conway location. My goal is to provide confidential, compassionate and evidenced based therapy to help you navigate and conquer challenges like anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship struggles and more. I aim to help you feel comfortable in a non-judgmental environment so that healing can occur. I am accepting new clients, ages 16+ and couples.
EMDR trained
EMDR is an evidenced based therapy that uses eye movements to resolve trauma.
Trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy for Couples
I have received specific training in working with couples and want to offer hope in the midst of pain.

What to expect as a new client
What’s the process to get setup?
If you want to proceed, please click the MAKE AN APPOINTMENT LINK ABOVE, and fill out the new client registration form online. The client rep from Living Well Counseling will then contact you to confirm information, go over payment, schedule your first appointment and then send you digital paperwork to fill out online.

Do you accept insurance?
At this time, I accept Arkansas Medicaid and ARKids and cash. Stay tuned for more insurance offerings next year.
Do you offer a sliding scale?
I’m proud to work for a group that offers quality, affording counseling. My sliding scale fee starts at $75 and will be discussed with you by the client representative when you sign up.
Are you a Christian?
Yes, I am a Christian and can incorporate that into our work, IF you desire that. However, if our beliefs differ I will absolutely respect that.
